Best Credit Data was founded on the principle of using the best Big Data technology and resources available to create the best and most transparent evaluated pricing source for the Corporate and Municipal Bond Markets. We use one of the wold's largest high performance cloud based data analytics platforms, designed specifically for large-scale big data analysis. On this platform, we are able to calculate more analytics per minute than most firms can do in days. In terms of Evaluated Pricing, this leads to better, faster and more accurate pricing. In terms of Bond Analytics, this leads to faster and less expensive calculations, which leads to real savings to the client. We are using the next generation of computation technology, which means that every day our computational power increases.
As a new pricing provider, we chose to begin with Municipal bonds because, after talking with hundreds of buyside firms and studying the market in great detail, it was obvious that clients would really benefit from the fresh perspective that a brand new company can bring to an established market. BCD is not constrained by decades-old policies, procedures, infrastructure and competitive issues. We embrace the most recent advances in technology and use cloud based computing along with our proprietary algorithms to create robust, complete, high-quality evaluated pricing. We are complete in coverage and we are accurate in price. But at least as important, we partner with our clients and the vendors our clients already use and trust.
